On Sunday 12th July a group of us will be taking part in the Manchester to Blackpool bike ride, in memory of my friend's dad, known to his friends as Yammy.  Yammy sadly died earlier this year from cancer, an illness which effects pretty much everyone these days, whether directly or through a family member or friend.  Please help us by showing your support and giving whatever you can; I'm donating my dodgy knees!
