My name's Laura, I'm from Chelmsford and I'm raising money for Dogs Trust!

Like millions of other people in this country I'm a dog lover. I have two dogs at the moment, Poppy, a Border Collie who is 13 and Milo, a Border Terrier who is 3.

 There are thousands of dogs in this country, many of whom are lucky enough to live a pampered life with their every whim catered for! It may seem excessive to some, but they are loved, cared for and cherished by their owners. It is a sad fact that many dogs don't get this "ideal" life, often they are abandoned, neglected and mistreated. Dogs Trust is a charity that helps to rehome and "mend" these broken dogs, who sometimes just need a bit of love, food and somewhere safe and warm to sleep.

Next Friday I leave for a trip to the Arctic Circle, so help me reach my target and donate now!!!!

Dogs Trust Arctic Dog Sledding Challenge 2010

Dogs Trust is running the ultimate trip of a lifetime; not only will we be helping the UK’s largest dog charity, but we also have an opportunity to experience a unique adventure sledding through some of the most exceptional arctic terrain in the world!

 I need to raise £3000 of sponsorship money before I go! £1000 of which goes directly to Dogs Trust. If you would like to help then please donate through this page!!! Then I will not only be helping Dogs Trust but will be able to go on the trip of a lifetime!
