On the 7th November we took part in a gruelling 10k coastal run in Dorset. The training paid off and we successfully completed the course which was not only wet and extremely muddy but  we were also faced with 3 massive inclines and 4 straight km of shale beach.

Thanks to everyone who sponsored us, we raised much more money than we thought we would for this worthy cause.
