My story

 

On the 7th November we took part in a gruelling 10k coastal run in Dorset. The training paid off and we successfully completed the course which was not only wet and extremely muddy but  we were also faced with 3 massive inclines and 4 straight km of shale beach. 

 

We have attached updated photos which include before and after shots of us as well as images of our favourite parts of the course.

 

Thanks to everyone who sponsored us, we raised much more money than we thought we would for this worthy cause.
