My colleague and I are embarking on a 54km trek along the coast of the Isle of Wight in May 2015 to raise funds and awareness of dementia in support of Alzheimer's Society.

I will be doing this will all of the people living with dementia that I have met in my heart and I hope you will be able to support me in this challenge.
