Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I didnt think I would ever in a million years think 'yeah lets get fit and do it' even though im an ex-fitness instructor! I have to thank my best friend Jodie who planted the seed and I thought lets do it! I may regret it the next day having said that! I was happy that Jodie found the event raising money for the amazing charity Macmillan.
Macmillan is a charity close to many peoples hearts, they help people in their time of need. The charity is special to me as the wonderful people who work for Macmillan looked after a very special person and did a wonderful job. I am not just raising money in memory of people who have spread their wings to a sunnier place (I hope), but for all those special people who may need Macmillan to help them through their own/family/friends illness.
I have pledged to walk the Yorkshire Three Peaks in hopefully 12 hours (I dont want to be one of the 40% who either dont make it to the end or dont complete in 12 hours) and I'm hoping all you lovely people will give me a bigger boost and donate to this fantastic charity. Donating as little or as much as you want: it all adds up!
Now thats me finished telling you my story............... You will now find me stuck in mud, sliding down a hill on my bottom or completely drenched due to falling in a stream! Its all for Macmillan!!
