Airborne Forces Charities is a grant giving foundation which supports the well-being of serving and retired soldiers of the Parachute Regiment, associated units and youth organisations.

Story

How?

Although I am massively scared of heights (I will have to overcome this!) I will be doing a tandem skydive to raise as much money as I possibly can in honour of all members of the armed forces, in particular raising money for those in the parachute regiment.

Why?

As many of you know, my boyfriend is a member of the airborne forces and is due to go back to Afghanistan in September. I want to do something to show all the people in the airborne forces that they are being 100% supported for their strength and bravery.

Why Airborne Forces Charitiy in particular?

This is a smaller charity that is not as widely recognised as some of the others but is vital in giving these soldiers the support they need. The Parachute Regiment and Airborne forces have witnessed many casualties and lost precious lives; this charity will strive to support those on tour in Afghanistan, and give help to the injured and the families of the people whose lives have been taken.

These soldiers and their families need our help so please help me in supporting this charity, and remember that no donation is too small.

Thank you!!
