Along with some friends I am taking part in Stamford's 5k Pretty Muddy with Race For Life on June 4th, setting off at 11.30am.

In some way we are all affected by Cancer, with a friend or family member. Fortunately for me I can carry on many amazing memories with my Aunt, but unfortunately not everyone can say the same. A club member has managed to get a group of us together in memory of her close friend who sadly passed of a brain tumour, leaving 2 children and her husband. It would mean a lot to me and to the rest of the group to have donations big and small. 

Feel free to join us or come and laugh and support! We may be able to happily (most of the time!) run around the hockey pitch but I know this will be a new challenge for me!
