On 26th May 2017, I will aim to cycle approximately 185 miles over 3 days from London to Paris to raise money and awareness to support The Stroke Association.

The cycle ride is in memory of Tina Trafford who aged just 53 suffered a devastating Stroke despite being incredibly fit and healthy. Aside from raising money we want to raise awareness of Strokes and how they can effect anyone.

I will also be cycling for my Grandmother's cousin, Richard, who suffered a stroke in 2016. Thankfully he is making steady progress. 

I aim to raise £1,000 and am extremely grateful for any sponsorship and donations that you can offer to this cause.
