Tomorrow I set off with a group of enthusiastic, compass bearing AMVers to take part in The 3 Peaks Challenge.  We will be scalling the highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales in 24 hours to raise money for Crisis.

23 miles of mountain climbing and 10,000 feet of ascents lie between us and completion.

Having only flown in from the USA last night and rocking at least a touch of jet lag it's going to be a challenge.  But forgoing a night of sleep in a warm bed is fitting when you think of the 5,678 homeless people who slept rough last year in London alone.  Crisis helps to get the homeless back on their feet, in work, education and with a roof over their heads.  Anything you can give in support of this great cause and to speed me up the mountains in double quick time would be great.
