I am going to be walking from Manchester to Sheffield this June in order to raise money for a couple of great courses:

Bolton Lads and Girls Club - they do great things for the local community; whether its providing a safe place for children living in poverty or something as simple as a homework club, they give back and need support to keep this amazing scheme running.

Downs Syndrome Association - to help provid resbite and extra care for those families who have a DS child or sibling etc. From days out to local support groups, this is a charity very close to my heart as it has helped my family with my brother who has DS.

So please dig deep and give what you can. Even if you give something as little as 30p a mile, you will be making a hugh difference to some much needed charities.
