Story

Hello & thank you for looking at my just giving page.

After hearing that a friend of mines nephew Oliver Scholes, the same age & in the same class at nursery as my 3 year old daughter pass away from a rare blood disorder, haemophagocytosis lymphohistiocytic, really made realise how precious life is.

Im not a runner, to be honest just running up the stairs wore me out so I really wanted to do something about it. I began running round the block, then heard about the great eastern half marathon. A huge mental & physical challenge for myself & thought it would be perfect to help raise money & awareness for The Histiocytosis Research Trust.

Any donation is welcome & really appreciated
