I am 1 of 35 people cycling Coast to Coast across Costa Rica raising much needed funds for The Alzheimer's Society and their LIVE WELL carers campaign. I have chosen to undertake this challenge for people who are not able to undertake it themselves; those already experiencing life with Alzheimer's whether that be as a sufferer or as a carer.

Reaching my fundraising target will mean that 1,100 family carers will have the tools they need to make sure their loved one lives well.
