Same procedure as last year - we're back in the saddle again! After last year's superb experience cycling across the Pennines, we decided to have another go! Unfortunately Lauraine can't join us this year - but she'll be cheering us on from a distance!

On the 19/20 of June I will be joining colleagues at Ford Motor Company and Logica in taking part in a Coast to Coast Bike Ride in aid of the Lymphoma Association.

We will be cycling the 102 mile Sea to Sea route from Ilfracombe on the North Coast of Devon accross the Dartmoor down to Plymouth in the South.

I would appreciate it if you could support our efforts by making a donation to the cause, I will need some serious motivation to get us up those hills and down these valleys without getting lost!

The Lymphoma Association helps people who are affected by lymphatic cancers, Hodgkin's disease and the non Hodgkin's lymphomas. Although every year in the UK there are about 40% more cases of lymphoma than leukaemia, many people have not heard about the disease. We hope that the ride - which will be undertaken by 60 riders - will help raise awareness as well as generating funds.
