This is my first attempt at fundraising for a cause that is close to my heart (even more than Brexit would you believe it) and I will be running the British 10K on Sunday 15th July for Cruse Bereavement Care. 

Cruse work with children, young people and adults who have lost loved ones and have a network of 5,000 hard working and dedicated volunteers. While I was growing up, my mum Dominique, was volunteering with Cruse for the last 13 years as a counsellor, a trainer and a supervisor. She has been working tirelessly with the Cruse team to coordinate the response efforts for families suffering from loss following the harrowing Grenfell tower tragedy as well as offering counselling to the families of the victims. Cruse offers its services free of charge and relies on donations to operate.
