Hi everyone - myself and 5 friends from work are abseiling down the Vermont Hotel in Newcastle on 25th July (see above picture - 200 ft of high!) We are doing it on behalf of a charity called Stars - a charity which provides support for sufferers of Syncope something affecting a friend and which is worthwhile raising awareness of.

All donations welcome - alternatively you could come along and have a laugh as I haven't abseiled since I was 11 years old, with the Girl Guides and I am 100% sure that wasn't 200 feet! There will be a need for a stiff drink after so it'd be great if people can join us.
