Hi everyone, just to say I'm going to be running the great north run 2015 to raise money for Chrons and Colitus UK in memory of my mam who suffered with Chrons disease for most of my life and who we lost not long ago. Its going to absoloutley kill is so if I can drag my arse 13 miles I'm hoping most of you can spare £1, £5,  or anything to sponsor me and help scientists find away to cure this disease and save someone the agony my mam lived through.
