Vision Aid Overseas is a great charity who endeavours to do all that they can to provide accessible eyecare to many developing countries across the world. 670 million people worldwide are disabled or disadvantaged because they don't have the adequate funds or resources for glasses. Studying optometry, I have realised just how much of a difference a pair of glasses can make to an individual and I am really looking forward to raising money for such a worthwhile charity.
