Story
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page in memory of Alison Turner. I'm going to do a tandem skydive on October 13th of this year to help raise money in Alison's memory.
When deciding how much to donate, please bear in mind that everything you can give will make a difference, no matter how small the amount.
A donation of £3 could buy 25 flasks; used by scientists to grow breast cancer cells in the labratory, helping them to understand how cancer cells work and to develop new treatments.
A donation of £5 could buy 75 microscope slides, needed to look at cells in great detail- enabling scientists to better understand breast cancer and develop new treatments
A donation of £10 could buy storage containers for the blood samples used in the 'Breakthrough Generations Study' so that they can be kept safely for 40 years or more. These samples will help scientists discover the causes of breast cancer.
Once you donate, JustGiving will send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate!
Please dig deep and donate now, everything makes a difference.
