Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page! Anybody who knows me knows that I'm dancing on the brain, whether it's jumping up and down in front of my lovely Zumba ladies every Monday and Thursday or salsa dancing up and down the country the rest of the week!

Since I love it so much, I decided to put my dancing shoes on and get TOTALLY out of my usual dancing comfort zone by dancing the Charleston for CAUSE Carers.

Mental health issues are something that affect just about everyone, whether personally, or through caring for a friend or family member, but unfortunately dealing with these issues is something that isn't always the easiest to talk about. And that's where CAUSE steps in.

CAUSE realise the challenges and demands of caring for someone with a mental health condition, and actively support the carer so that they can continue to provide the support that their loved ones require.

CAUSE is a local charity, which makes it all the more important that we support it - that way, you know that your money is going towards local families and individuals just like you.
