Please dig as deep as you can and sponser me for the Bupa London 10k! Im running (well, probably walking) for Bowel&cancer research. As im sure most of you know bowel cancer is something I deal with daily in work and have had family members suffer from :o(

People tend to “suffer in silence” which has contributed to poor investment in bowel research, and tragically needless deaths from bowel cancer, which remains the UK’s 2nd biggest cancer killer, despite being the most curable.
