i will be taking part in a 45k cycle starting at scone palace, and Sophie will be participating in a mini triathlon, doing a 230m scoot, a 800m cycle, then a 220m run.

the national deaf children's society have been a great source of help and support for us over the last year and with the conservatives in government, huge cuts have been made to educational services for deaf children.

every single penny is going to help us reach our target, so dig deep peeps! It's much appreciated!
