<p>On the 23rd of March I am planning to do a sponsored skydive for SPOWE. This is a pretty big deal for me as I always try to avoid doing <strong>SCARY</strong> things! But since I'm not doing much else recently I thought it was about time I challenged myself and raised a bit of money for a better cause.&nbsp;</p> <p>SPOWE is a charity based in Uganda which was set up to help orphans, widows and the elderly, who have been directly affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic. I really want to raise as much money as possible for SPOWE as it is a small and intimate charity, who work with a limited number of individuals and families in the community. Because of this, the after effects of your donation can be seen immediately enabling a noticeable change in a shorter space of time than would be possible with a massive worldwide organisation. All of your donations will help SPOWE to do more of it's amazing work, and grow as a charity.&nbsp;</p> <p>So, bearing in mind that I <strong>NEVER</strong> challenge myself like this, and that a donation of only &pound;15 can send one child to school for a <strong>YEAR</strong>, dig deep and sponsor me to through myself out of a plane!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
