To many of you 5 km won't sound particularly daunting but for me it definitely is! I've never been a runner but when I found out that I would be raising money for kidney research UK, I couldn't resist! 

My dad is a long suffering kidney patient being diagnosed with kidney disease when he was just 30. My family and I have seen him go through 2 lots of dialysis and 2 kidney transplants, yet he's still going on fighting! 

Please help raise money for what I believe to be a very worthy cause and support me in my personal challenge of running 5km!
