After a quick debate in my head, I decided I needed a challenge after the very tedious and unstimulating year I had last year. So was convinced to attempt this Om Yoga Thon where I will do 108 sun salutations, this will be really tough, I doubt my own abilities, but know that is my mind telling me I can't, not my physical capabilities. I have decided to raise money for The Rainforest Foundation because a trip I took to Borneo in 2005 really demonstrated to me how serious deforestation is. The amount of rainforest being destroyed every year equals the size of England and Wales, this is alarming and leaves local people and animals homeless. It also clearly drives plants and animals to extinction.
