I'm raising money for Cancer Research through a team event BCF Technology have organised.  This consists a 13 mile walk/run followed by a 26 mile off road cycle on the lovely Isle of Arran 25th September (looks like I'll be running most of the 13 mile)!
A big thanks goes to my lovely wife Dawn for not only her support, but with trepidation the loan of the leggings for the photo...cheers!
And to BCF Technology..a great bunch!  They have set up 'BCF Foundation' to help raise funds for other charities, with the walk/cycle challenge this year helping-

Cancer Research
No limits (a sports club for disabled adults and children).
Firefly (based in West Lothian, a drama club running several weekly workshops in multiple locations for youths).
