This weekend I shall be leading a charity cycle ‘mid-summer night ride’ from Manchester to Llandudno which is approximately 88 miles raising funds for the wonderful noble charity Reuben's Retreat, whose goal it is to provide a retreat in the North West of England countryside that will relieve the distress of families and their close friends who have suffered the bereavement of a child or have a child suffering from a life limiting or life threatening illness.

We will be leaving Manchester Town Hall around midnight and will have a hearty English breakfast to celebrate our achievement waiting for us on our arrival in Llandudno! 

We will be riding through the night and the roads will be very quiet.
