On Sunday 21 June 2015, I am taking part in Back 2 the Trenches.

Back 2 the Trenches is a military designed mud run/assault course which includes over 35 obstacles from hill climbs to mud slides as well as lake crossing!

There are three distance options for the course: 6km, 12km & 18km. Stupidly, I will be attempting to complete the 18km distance...

I will be fundraising for Age International who have been chosen as Kennedys' new corporate charity for the next 18 months. Age International helps to change the lives of older people in some of the poorest countries in the world.

I'm sure you'll appreciate that this won't be easy, so please donate generously! : )
