<p><span style="color: #000000;">My name is Laurie Turpin. On Febuary 18th 2012 I will be Skydiving for the first time at Dunkeswell to help raise money for Springboard Opportunity Group. </span></p>
<p>Springboard offer fantastic and vital support to Chrildren who have additional needs from birth to 5 years and their familites, in North Somerset. </p>

<p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 0px; padding: 0px; border: initial none initial;">I have chosen Springboard opportunity group as my charity simply because it is close to heart. My mum has worked there for over 15 years and I've always wanted to do something myself for the charity. For the last 3 years I've been buddying a child called JJ who's family have great benefited from Springboard's work. </p>

<p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 0px; padding: 0px; border: initial none initial;"><br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px; border: initial none initial;">£10 would buy a ‘Talk Back’ postcard, to help stimulate a child’s speech and imagination.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 0px; padding: 0px; border: initial none initial;">£25 would buy a ‘Move n Sit’ seating wedge, to help promote a child’s active sitting and give them much needed comfort and support.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 0px; padding: 0px; border: initial none initial;">£50 would pay for the upkeep of our minibus for one week, enabling children to explore the wider world.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 0px; padding: 0px; border: initial none initial;">£100 would buy a ‘Twinkle Dome’, to capture the interest and imagination of children with a sensory impairment and giving them an instant visual auditory reward.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 0px; padding: 0px; border: initial none initial;">£100 would also pay for a member of staff to be trained in PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) to help the development of children with language disorders.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 1em; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 0px; padding: 0px; border: initial none initial;">£500 would enable to provide an assistant to provide individual support for a child with additional needs, for 3 hours a week for 13 weeks.</p>
