I’m actually running the Brighton Half Marathon
19th February 2012
Well, I never really thought I would be running for a bus, let alone a half marathon (actually, the last time I ran for a bus I fell over a sleep policeman, as you do, and fractured my wrist!... I'll avoid both waking and sleeping policemen for this run), but here I am, all excited and ready to run ;-) I am running for Bright Sparks school and all the exhausting work that they do to keep things running over there. Now I know Christmas is around the corner and times are hard for us all, and you may have, or still give to Bright Sparks, BUT, just think of this as your secret marathonaire donation. You give a donation = someone at Bright Sparks gives a smile back at ya! ... A little Christmas pressie from you.
I know you people are all lovely and will want to share a bit of the love. Wish me luck.. with a donation! Bright Sparks charity
I am already getting excited about raising the donations and of course running to Steps (as if, oh ok, I will have a bit of... 5, 6, 7, 8!!)
Is an amazing charity providing an opportunity of education, away from the hardships of poverty and child labour in Jagatpura, India. Our friend Gail Edwards and the whole team work so hard to make this happen, I just wanted us all to help out in any way we can.
