Hey Guys! 

So next July I will be cycling the 234 miles from London to Paris to raise money for Breast Cancer Now. 

I hope to complete this trip of pain in only 3 days: 

Day 1, London to Portsmouth - Not an easy start, 73 miles across the challenging but beautiful South Downs terrain, heading towards Portsmouth harbour where I will catch an overnight ferry to Caen, France. (You know I deserve an extra £5 for sleeping on a ferry...)

Day 2, Caen to Evreux - this is a 87 mile leg through the historic (and relatively flat - Hurray!) terrain of Normandy. 

Day 3, Evreux to Paris - the final stage of 74 miles will see me finish at the base of the Eiffel Tower. (Where I promise to do the cliché bike lift over the head picture)
