Bitten by the "Ultra" bug, I'm aiming to break the current self-supported record for running the length of Great Britain - 875 (ish) miles from John o'Groats to Land's End.

To do this I will need to complete 62.5 miles / 100 km a day for 14 consecutive days, which works out as around 15 hours running per day. Being unsupported I will also be carrying a bivi, sleeping bag, clothes, etc, making the challenge that little bit tougher.
