In low- and middle-income countries fewer than 1 in 10 children with cancer are diagnosed, treated or given pain relief. World Child Cancer improves cancer care for some of the world’s poorest children by creating international twinning partnerships between medics hospitals and parent support groups

Story

The might of James Worrall (The Swimmer), Terry Hunt (The Cyclist) and Ben Hatton (The Runner), will be taking on the challenge of the Liverpool Triathlon on 27th June 2010 to raise money for World Child Cancer.

A feat never before attempted by these three Leaders in Football champions; it will be hard, emotional and physically demanding...

Here at World Child Cancer HQ, we are extremely proud to have their support and commitment and we are hoping their efforts will raise a huge amount of money for our wonderful cause.

World Child Cancer is a UK charity that saves the lives and reduces the suffering of children with cancer in some of the poorest countries in the world.  We do this by increasing local specialist cancer expertise and knowledge using the support and resources of the rich, developed world.

Please dig deep and support "Team JTB", we promise to share the photos' post event...

Thank you.
