Hi there friends.
Since I stopped kickboxing back in February, I'm now not as fit as I was. I found out about the Aspire Channel Swim event by accident, and as I've always been pretty good at swimming, decided to use it as a catalyst to a) get fitter (and hopefully a bit slimmer) and b) raise some money for a good cause.
We had a very special family member who suffered with a spinal injury, and although it never stopped her striving to achieve her goals, day to day living was a bit of a struggle, so I have no doubt that the money raised will help the charity no end.
They'll appreciate any amount you can donate - however small.
