Leanne's Skydive for Heart UK - The Cholesterol Charity 27thAug 2011

More than 100,000 people in the UK are unaware they have a severe form of inherited high cholesterol, putting them at risk of heart attack, stroke or sudden death in their 20's, 30's and 40's.

With Heart UK, priorities are for better screening and support for people, plus ensuring more public awareness of cholesterol and its impact.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help towards raising awareness, so please give whatever you can...I'm petrified but it's for a fantastic cause so please support me!!
