I am raising money for the Family Holiday Association in taking the challenge of completing the Virgin London Marathon on 22nd April 2012. The charity has been running for over 35 years now and provides short breaks for the most needy families in our community, a short break away from home and away from the stresses of daily life, something which many of us take for granted. They help families in desperate circumstances; those dealing with disability, bereavement, poverty, mental health problems, inadequate housing or abuse.
