<p>I am currently volunteering for a charity called One25 whose mission is...</p>
<p>'One25 reaches out to women trapped in street sex work, supporting them to break free and build new lives away from violence, poverty and addiction.'</p>
<p>One25 are running a campaign called 'Give it up for One25' where you have to give something up for either 125 hours or 125 days.</p>
<p>My challenge is to give up sitting down for 125 hours!!!</p>
