Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In a moment of what can only be described as utter utter madness, I decided to try and run the first ever Brighton Marathon on the 18th April 2010.
I am running in memory of my cousin, Danny, who passed away at an early age of 19 as a result of Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP). I’m sure if it wasn’t for Danny, the inspiration and support from some of my friends who are also running and the extra incentive of raising some money for the SUDEP Charity, I would probably back out nearer the time, or even earlier, during the training!!
This is where you come in, please sponsor me to help raise as much money as possible. I understand many of you already donate money to other worthwhile charities but seriously, as Tesco’s would say, every little helps!!!
At this stage I would also like to commit to making a donation to the charity myself – for every 1lb in weight I lose, £1.50 goes into my piggy bank and all this will be donated to SUDEP. So far, I have a donation of £42, and hopefully this will keep increasing :-)
Anyway, I’d better go…training beckons!!
Please dig
deep and donate now. I would
like to thank you in advance for all your support and I will of course keep you
updated on my training progress and result on the day.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
