It's my 50th birthday on the 5th of March this year and to celebrate I have decided to take on a big challenge. I shall be representing Colchester United in the London to Amsterdam challenge with the football league to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK. I don't even know if my knee works yet after surgery!

To do this I have to raise £1000, the most I have ever tried to raise by myself. Please sponsor me for this great cause.
