I don't need to say much.  Samaritans are a great cause.  The picture shows the result last time that I ran a marathon.  I'm doing it again and this time I would really appreciate your support.  Samaritans need your support.  Without you they will not be there in the darkest of hours when friends are hard to find.  
I just know that you, my friends, will dig deep and help me reach my target.
