If you wasn't aware, well you are now! I am taking part in this years Great North Run. This will be the second time I have run the half marathon and I can assure you all, that it is not easy.

This year I am running on behalf of a Charity called Tiny Lives who are a fantastic charity which helps to care for premature babies and sick newborn's that require more than just the normal assistance when born. They also assist families and more importantly the babies mothers in getting their little ones fighting fit.

I would be eternally grateful if you could sponsor me for this years run, as you will be helping a great cause and also showing me your support in what is a very difficult event.
