Postnatal depression entered my life like a whirlwind, turning everything upside down and taking me to a place of despair. 

So many people wondered why I could be 'sad' when I had finally had my much wanted and longed for baby. PND is not sadness it is so much more. It is worsened by isolation and stigma. 

I'm raising funds to give to my lovely local NCT group who meet in our church. Please help me to make the difference to just one new mum and her family by supporting my family as we walk together to raise funds and awareness! Thank you 💗
