So after finishing in 2018 and saying I would never do it again, here we go. On Sunday 3rd October I will be running the Virgin Money London Marathon as part of the final ever FedEx team. 

I aim to cover the 26.2 miles in under 3 hours and 30 minutes and raise as much money as possible for Wooden Spoon in the process. Wooden Spoon funds life-changing projects across the UK and Ireland to support children and young people with disabilities or facing disadvantage. Research shows that 1 in 10 children in the UK and Ireland have a disability and there are 3.5 million children in the UK living in poverty. These numbers continue to rise and more and more children need our help.
