<p>My colleague's son has been diagnosed with cancer and he spent the Christmas holiday with his family in Christies Hospital in Manchester. The MUFoundation sent gifts that were presented by 3 first team Man Utd players. I know this was a huge boost to his spirit and morale at a very difficult time.</p> <p>I have been inspired by a number of causes and I have set myself a challenge that simply does not compare with fighting cancer. It will be challenging but I will keep focused on the why...</p> <p>I hope to do my little bit to raise vital funds by running the equivalent of Lands End to John O Groats in 4 months (837.9 miles in 122 days).</p> <p>Any support you can give will be truely appreciated.
