Story
Firstly thank you for taking the time to read my post. I started running 20 months ago with a local walk to run club to increase my exercise routine (of nothing) and to get fitter (not fatter!).
The first week of a 9 week course was harder than i ever expected, My knees, ankles and legs all took longer than expected to adapt and that’s even before the running part! However, perseverance and determination prevailed and now…I love it.
So why do I run:
It’s a cheap way to get fit, you can run when you want to, It relieves stress and I love the feeling when I have finished every run or race, most importantly I’m healthier than I have ever been (oh and I love pizza!!)
Last year I completed over 378 miles and year to date I have cover just over 278 miles already with 2 further half marathons on the horizon. please help donate toward this great cause, every little helps guys.
