On Sunday 10th October at 10a.m. I will be aiming to complete the Herts 10K Challenge. A 10km (6.2 mile) run starting and finishing in Harpenden, Hertfordshire.

The event is in aid of Grove House hospice in St.Albans, who provide quality care and support for those with cancer and life-threatening illness, and I need YOU to help me raise some much needed cash for a worthy cause.

This is further than I have ever run before so please make my pain worthwhile and give generously!!
