I would like to help raise funds for Downs Syndrome Scotland in memory of my beautiful daughter Cerys, she was born on 4th june 09 with downs syndrome but that didnt matter to me, i was greatful for being blessed with the most beautiful little girl ever, She was born with a hole in her heart (AVSD) and after recieving open heart surgery on the 9th Sept 09 she put up a strong and brave fight but sadly passed away on 14th October 09 aged only 4 months. She was the best daughter in the world full of smiles and cuddles, and thanks to her I made some new freinds which have been very supportive, a big thanks to Joanne McAlpine who is always there when I need to talk.

Please help by donating to this charity as I know deep down they would have helped me support my daughter cerys.
