Having supported the NSPCC by running the 2018 London Marathon I have always wanted to run for them again at some point.

As soon as the Cardiff Half Marathon became a possibility I signed up straight away with the NSPCC. The work they do with vulnerable children is second to none and they deserve every penny given to them through all of your generous donations and fundraising efforts.

So roll on Sunday 6th October, I cannot wait! 😁🏃‍♂️
