My story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Me (Lee Gollop) and Ed Rose both work at Maryhare School for the Deaf

'Mary Hare School provides education for deaf children from the ages of 5 - 19 years.  The School is open to any deaf child in the UK and where funding exists, from overseas.  The School teaches using an auditory/oral approach, without the use of sign language'.

We are also both very sporty which is an attribute we try to pass onto the students. So this year we have both entered the Newbury Triathlon, being so evenly matched we thought why not turn it into a race between us.

Now this brings us onto why you should donate. All money raised will be split between the Primary and Secondary School.

The Primary will use their money for outdoor play equipment. The Secondary to establish a Cycle Club for the students.

Now for the twist, the loser will have to carry out a forfeit. 'What forfeit I hear you say?', well one of your choosing. When donating please leave a SENSIBLE suggestion for a forfeit. Those that are suitable will then be placed in a hat and one will be drawn at random during School assembly after the summer break.

All we are asking is that everyone that reads this donates a £1 and a forfeit suggestion.

Liam Iles has also enter but is not involved in any forfeit

Thanks for your time

Lee & Ed
