The Leeds Funds Together we can make a bigger difference.   Leeds Health and Wellbeing Fund Health and wellbeing are at the centre of our lives: our abilities, and our opportunities. At some point in each of our lives, we are likely to feel the impact of social isolation, poor health and mobility issues.  In Leeds, we also have a number of vulnerable population groups including homeless people, disaffected young people, and refugees who often find it difficult to “fit in” with local communities. Fortunately, community groups across Leeds are working hard to address a range of health issues, from social and emotional wellbeing to mental and physical health   By donating today, you could help to: o   Provide healthy eating and exercise classes at a local community centre. o   Fund the travel for an innovative theatre programme that works within affected local communities to raise awareness of the issues and impact of bullying and ethnic prejudice. o   Supporting event sand projects which allow people from different backgrounds, and faiths to come together to socialise, learn more about each other, build trust and create harmony. o   programmes that challenge them to use their talents to do, learn, and contribute more.   Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
