Hi all,

So I unbelievably have signed up to run a 10k in October. My fitness is at an all time low and the only running I've done for the last 8 years has been running out of patience.

That being said I am doing this not for me but for my best buddy Jacob who recently lost his Dad Chris. Myself and 8 others are all running to show our support for him during this time. If you wish to follow our progress and our race we have a team name: Legs Miserable. 

I am raising funds for The Countess of Brecknock Hospice where Chris spent time and they looked after the rest of the family. The Countess of Brecknock Hospice provides respite and palliative care to adults suffering from life-limiting illness who live in Andover and its surrounding villages or who have a connection with the area, together with comfort and support for their families, friends and carers. They really were so great with Jacob, Jo and Chris and I'm hoping to raise as much as I can for CoBH.
